This program makes up the largest part of WBH’s portfolio, with approximately 1200 housing units that are required to be at least 10% below market rental rates.
Edgewater Court is our only market rental property located downtown at 100 Gordon White Avenue and consists of two apartment buildings (100 A & C) and a row of 3 & 4-bedroom townhouses (100 C).
