WBH administers housing assistance programs on behalf of the Province of Alberta and the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo. We also manage approximately 1200 units of near market rentals that are required to be at least 10% below market rental rates.

This program makes up the largest part of WBH’s portfolio, with approximately 1200 housing units that are required to be at least 10% below market rental rates.
